Choose My Plate
Please follow the link below to start planning your meals. You need to input all the food and drink you have in a day three times. Please do this for three days total and enter your choices into the meal planner. Once you have completed three full days of everything you drink and eat on a normal weekend day, enter in foods that will meet all the requirements of each food group or nutrient for three seperate days. Be sure that you do not exceed your limits on calories, sodium, oils, and saturated fat (extras). You can not reuse any food items during the three day planning process when you are planning three days worth of healthy meals. Please use the reports tab function on the website to print off all six days to compare what you do eat to what you should eat.
